MJS Tru-Timbers is a high quality engineered floating timber floor we have available at Carpet Options Nambour on the Sunshine Coast. Available in Australia’s most specified hardwood timber species, it coordinates with most home furnishings, whatever your style.
Whilst quality construction of any product is paramount, it is the visual appearance of MJS Tru-Timbers that captivates the market. Utilizing wider planks, less lamellas, minimum fillers & a market leading 65% gloss level, satisfaction is guaranteed to the most astute buyer seeking that Tru-Timber visual. (The lamella is the face layer of the wood that is visible when installed. Typically it is a sawn piece of timber)
MJS Tru-Timbers product is of the highest standard & is exported to the world including USA & Europe. All timber used within the manufacture of MJS Tru-Timbers is sourced from sustainable forests managed & regulated by strict government guielines.
The construction of MJS Tru-Timbers is 3 layers of timber fused together in opposing grain directions. This process, together with hevea, a plantation grown hardwood at its core, gives superior strength, optimising dimensional stability, thus minimising expansion, shrinking or warping due to changes in climactic conditions. The bottom layer timber veneer stabilises the overall construction, giving a surface that ensures hassle-free installation.
The top layer is a 3.6mm solid hardwood of your choice, lacquered with 7 coats of scratch resistant gloss finish. This finish enhances the grain & appearance of your floor.
For ease of installation MJS Tru-Timbers use the patented Valinge Mechanical Locking System, which eliminates the use of glue during installation as well as making it easier & faster to install. Most importantly, it gives a seamless appearance when compared to a traditional tongue & groove finish. Due to these benefits, the Valinge mechanical locking system, while relatively new in design & concept, is fast becoming the product of choice worldwide when compared with the traditional tongue & groove system.
MJS Tru-Timbers is ideally suited for all internal rooms of your home, except bathrooms & laundries. It comes with a residential lifetime structural warranty & a 25 year wear warranty.
